What is a lap of Scandinavian Raceway like?
A flat permanent circuit built on marshland near Anderstorp in southern Sweden and opened in 1968; its long Flight Straight doubles as an airfield runway, several corners are slightly banked, and unusually the pits sit halfway round the lap. The layout changed during the Formula 1 years: a chicane added at Norra in the mid-1970s cut the lap to 4.018 km, and for 1978 it was replaced by a tighter Norra corner, giving 4.031 km. It is the only Nordic circuit to have held a World Championship Grand Prix, and it gave the six-wheeled Tyrrell P34 (1976) and the Brabham BT46B 'fan car' (1978) their only wins. The Swedish Grand Prix ended after 1978, when the deaths of Ronnie Peterson and Gunnar Nilsson that year took away public and sponsor support; the circuit is still in use and hosts Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia races.

Where the winner started, every race at this circuit. Pole sitter means the driver who set the fastest qualifying time (first on the grid where no qualifying data exists); a grid penalty can move the pole sitter back, and that race still counts for them. Compare every circuit.
